Terms of Service

1. Who may use Facility Sim

You must be 21 or older and sign in with an email address you control. You confirm your age when you first download or play. One account per person; do not share your sign-in.

2. What Facility Sim is

A planning and education simulator for licensed extraction facilities. It sells, handles and ships no cannabis product. Scenarios are generic and procedural. Rules differ by jurisdiction; draft regime packs are for exploration only.

3. Free and Commercial use

• Free. The downloadable build, on your own computer, for any purpose including evaluating a business. It shows costs as bands. You may not redistribute the bundle.
• Commercial. Hosted play and data exports (cost lists, BOMs, priced scenarios). "Commercial use" means using exports or hosted play for a business, a client, a bid, a loan or an investment decision. A Commercial licence is per named user, for the paid period on the invoice.

4. Estimates, not quotes

Every figure is an estimate from public list prices and ranges, dated, with its source where known. It is not a quote, and nothing in Facility Sim is legal, tax, accounting, engineering, fire-code or permitting advice. Do not rely on it for permits or code compliance; engage licensed professionals.

5. Export licence

Exports are licensed to the named Commercial user for internal business use and for sharing with that business's advisers, lenders and contractors. You may not resell or publish the price data. Each export carries your email and an export id.

6. Billing

Commercial is invoiced by UMB Advisors and payable by ACH or wire. Your licence starts when the invoice is paid and ends at the end of the paid period. Refunds: [refund policy pending].

7. Acceptable use

No scraping, no automated export beyond the rate limits, no attempt to bypass sign-in or licence checks, and no use in violation of law in your jurisdiction.
